    Hello
    I've recently had an interview for a nurse's aid position at this facility. After 2 emails and 2 voice mails, I still haven't gotten a response back on whether the position was filled or not. I know of someone who once received a rejection letter from this hospital when they didn't get the job. I haven't gotten one of those either. It's going on almost a month since my interview. I'm pretty bummed because I'm not getting any kind of courtesy of a yes, no, or undecided. Does anyone know of this hospital's hiring process and what's to be expected? Any input would be appreciated.

    Like other hospitals in the SBHCS, the employment process can take while. Waiting a month to hear about a job isn't unheard of. Especially this time of year, recruiters, managers and HR personnel are taking vacations which delays hiring.

    I have a friend that interviewed at a SBHCS hospital (not Tom's River) at the beginning of March. She didn't hear back (despite calling and emailing) until about 6 weeks later, and they offered her the job. So don't give up hope.

    Thanks for your insight.. I'm holding onto every little bit of hope that I can. I would love to get my foot in the door there. Fingers crossed!
