    hi everyone! may i ask a question do i need to take an english proficiency like IELTS or TOEFL here in NJ or just the CES report to obtain my nclex requirements? thanks a lot i hope u can help me to figure it out...

    If you are a foreign trained nurse, yes. IELTS or TOEFL will do. You can check CGFNS site for more info. God bless you.
