    I currently work for the Essex County office. Each office I presume have their own culture based on employees (nurses) DON's and Office employees. I'm happy with starting salary, however, they do give you a crash course and then send you out into the zone. As a new grad then it was pretty scary, but I've acclimated well over a year now.
