    Hi all!

    I am an RN currently in a RN to BSN program here in South Jersey. I am working on a leadership/management paper focusing on Shore. I am not working there, and chose this facility after participating in a meeting at the Cancer Center. My instructor also has ties there. I was wondering if there are any RNs who could tell me about the overall "climate" at the hospital. Are nurses there pretty happy with things? How do you feel about the union representing you? If anyone wants to take some time time to respond, thank you!

    The union is strong at Shore. I really like Shore, I turned down other "bigger" hospital positions to work at Shore. It is a family feel and we do a lot for the community which I like.
