Advice!!!

I am a newly graduated nurse, I did 2 peds home care cases (simple g-tubes). I recently got hired at a nursing home and I start orientating to the floor on Monday. I was hoping you nurses could give me some words of wisdom. Anything that can make it less stressful and me look good doing it would be greatly appreciated.
