Virtua Hospital Opinion.


I was just offered a job at Virtua Marlton. I would love to get some feedback or opinions on the Virtua hospitals. Your feedback is greatly appreciated!

I hear they're great to work for. I'm considering applying to Virtua Mt. Holly even though I was offered a job elsewhere.

The nurses in Mt.Holly are having a big issue with contract negotiations and are considering going on strike.

Not from what my reps tell me. Apprently there are a lot issues still on the table.

Marlton is represented by a different union. At Memorial we have HPAE and at the rest of the Virtuas it is JNESO. I believe HPAE is trying to get JNESO on board to put virtua in a position for a wage increase and settle the supervisor status.
