Travel nursing and nursing in general in Jersey?????

So I am relocating to NJ, and was wondering if anyone has heard anything about Faststaff or ATC. I am going to be in Central Jersey, also coming from California where the pay is high and the nurse to patient ratios are low, I am kind of nervous about the working conditions..... Any advice?
