Somerset Medical- 2 year contract!!? 5 days/week for new grads??

Anyone work or heard anything about Somerset? I don't know what to think about signing a 2 year contract. I understand they want to retain people, but what if you're miserable?
They also start new grads on 5 days a week. Seems like I'll have no life if I work nights. Any advice?

As I understand it, the 5 days/week is only for the 1st 6-8 weeks of orientation, then you transition to your actual working shift for the remainder.
