Please help. Starting Salary

Does anyone know how much a new nurse can make in Northern New Jersey? Getting ready for an interview and I have seen a whole range from $25 up to as much as $37 for night shifts.
Please, please help.

Morristown Memorial pays $28.86/hr and St. Barnabas is about the same....that is base I am not sure about night or evening shifts...and I saw that Hackensack pays $29 base and $4 extra for nights and $1 extra for bsn...hope that helps. Merry Xmas

I am pretty sure the base at Valley is 25/hr and St. Joe's is 27/hr. Unsure what the differentials are.....
