Please advice.

Please advice.

I am a foreing new RN here in NJ(Little Ferry) and I am curious to know what other people's experience is in terms of employment.
What is the best venue to start; nursing homes, agencies or hospital?

Your help and input would be kindly appreciated.

Thank you.
