Nursing assistant programs in north jersey?

Hi...I live in northern NJ and was wondering if anyone knew of nursing homes or hospitals that will hire you as a nurse assistant without being "certified". I hear some places will hire and train you, and even cover tuition for nursing school if you agree to work for them for a period of time after graduation. Does anyone have any information on this? Any thoughts would be helpful!

Look at the thread: CNA Training Programs in NJ lists all approved programs in the state. Many will hire and train you in exchange for work commitment.
