Nurses from Med-Surg. ?

Hello ,
Just had an interview with St.Joseph's if they will call me back (how long I should wait for a call ? 2-3 days ?) they will offer Med-Surg. 8 hour shift . I would like to know how is it to work on Med-Surg floor , is it difficult to adjust ? I was informed that job is kind of go go go type :icon_redface: . That will be my first job ! I need your help , please let me know if that is something that is possible for a new Nurse ?
Thanks :Santa1:
