By TIM ZATZARINY Jr. VINELAND -- Elvis has not left the building. A picture of the King, taped to a towel dispenser in what used to be the laboratory at Newcomb Hospital, is one of the few signs this once was a busy medical center bustling with nurses, doctors and patients.
