New Jersey nursing graduates

I am trying to figure out if New Jersey employers (specifically hospitals) help pay off student loans when they hire new RN/LPN's etc. I am a student at H. Fuld in Blackwood and if I stay there, I will have approx $30,000 in debt by the time I graduate. However, there is a chance I can transfer to BCC's Nursing Program and only have about $10,000 in debt. I'm okay staying where I am as long as I know that local hospitals do help w/ student loan payoffs in exchange for me working for them for a set # of years.
Does anyone know if this ever happens?
