need info re:NCLEX-PN exam i finish 1 year of the ABSN program

hi, im new at this forum so my apologies if do make mistakes about what questions to ask if they are appropriate for this particular forum or not..i just wanted to find out if it is true that if you i have completed a year of the ABSN program here in new jersey i can already apply for the NCLEX-PN? i stopped school after a year due to financial difficulties..im looking forward to your comments and suggestions.
