Monmouth County Hospitals....which would you choose?

Hi all,

I am moving to Monmouth County in May for my husband's job and I'm trying to figure out where to apply. I'm a peds cardiac nurse, but don't necessarily need to work in that specific specialty. I am familiar with the names of the hospitals but would like an pros/cons about your experience in the local hospitals.

Thanks!

I worked at Riverview Medical Center in Red Bank. It's part of Meridian Health System. It's a larger hospital with a community feel. There are no residents, only established doctors. The managers I had were excellent, and the pay was pretty good for NJ. I'd work there again in a heartbeat if they had a Peds Cardiac ICU or NICU...... PM me if you have any specific questions
