microdermabrasion practices

Would like to hear from nurses soing microdermabrasion in an independant setting. Is it difficult to start up? Are the laws tough it does not seem clear in the regs. There is a blurb where they state that it is within scope of practice. Does anyone know what else is within scope along those lines?
