LPN refresher to taking NCLEX

I am new to this forum. I let my license expire and not knowing that after 5 yrs. the Bd. of Nsg. requires a refresher class then I have to sit for my boards again! How I could kick myself. I am doing alright in the refresher classes, yet I am so freaked out about taking the NCLEX. So much has changed, meds, procedures, ect. I am cramming w/ Saunder NCLEX study guide. Is this enough? I welcome any advice. Thanks, Anita
