Jobs for Nursing Students?

Hi Everyone,
I'm currently enrolled at Muhlenberg School of Nursing in Plainfield in their accelerated program...I've been applying to a ton of hospitals for patient care tech/nursing assistant positions. A lot of them don't require you to be a CNA and "strongly encourage nursing students to apply"...I haven't been getting any calls back. Any suggestions as to where to look? I really want to get some experience in the hospital (besides clinicals).
