Jobs in N.New Jersey

Hello,
I am a travel nurse currently working in the South. I have been a nurse for 19 yrs and my current experience has been psychiatry and medical. Any possibilities of finding a good paying travel job in Northern New Jersey, bayonne or outside of it?
Or even Staten Island and other close by locales.
Does anyone know which agencies staff the Hospitals in these areas?

I am willing to come up as a Traveler or as an Agency person doing per diem (but needing to work FT hours) .
Thanks a bunch in advance.
BTW... I already know about White Glove, Supplemental, Worldwide travel agency's.
I guess I just need a local insiders view and perspective about what I need to do to get a job up North cause I seem to be running into some road blocks or perhaps I am not talking to the right people. We all hear about the Nursing shortage and see all the AD's but the reality seems different.
BTW.. is there a V.A. hospital up there?
Thank you so much in advance.

Yeah there's no nursing shortage in NJ with hospital closings right and left. I've been looking for a job for 2 months now here (north/central areas) and I've gotten no luck. There are hiring freezes at some places too!
Yes there are 2 VA hospitals, which I applied to first, but they are only hiring CRNAs right now.
I'm sure others from NJ will reply and let you know more. South NJ might have better options...?
There have been plenty of threads here about nurses not being able to find jobs in NJ.

You'll probably have to look in NYC for a travel position. NJ jobs are becoming few and far between. I haven't been able to find a per-diem job for a year now.
