I don't know the name of the book but I will give you the number to Kaplan and maybe they can help you. 1-336-759-9987. That number is to my local area Kaplan, but I am sure they will help you. you can also check out Barnes and Noble, Ebay, half.com, etc and just search under Kaplan. Also, I believe my school told us the website is
www.kaplan.com. But I could be wrong. I hope this helps you some.
