Hospitals hiring new grads

Unfortunately most NJ hospitals are on hiring freezes =(
or require experience. Have you tried long term care facilities?

I am confused when people suggest LTC for new grads. I haven't found one nursing facility that employs RNs as staff nurses. Every one that I call uses LPNs and CNAs and has RN supervisors - not the role for a new grad. Anyone have any names of LTC places where a new grad could start??

While I was looking for a job, I sent a resume to Inglemoor nursing home in Livingston, NJ and they called me back to schedule an interview.
