Do PA state accept CE that I earned for NJ?

Hi, I have a question about CE.
If I earn CE points for NJ, say 30, do I need to do another set of them for PA? (then it would be 60 CE total!!!) Can CE points used for both states?
It would be great if someone can answer me.. Thanks!
