About working in the hospital


I am a CNA worked in long term care for 5 years and just this coming year was injured. I just started college online for health and adminastrion. what I want to Know Is what do I need to do to work in a hosiptal in New Jersey or can CNA work with children. I can't work in the long tern care right now because of the heavy lifting I now have a enlarge spleen do to my injury. Can someone give me any advice. I been search on the web but no luck.
