    I heard today that nurses in NH cannot cut a patient's nails in a health care setting, such as LTC, etc. Is this a facility rule or does it come from the state board? Anyone heard of this? I am a student working on a class project. Thanks for the help.

    I believe we can cut pt's toenails if they are not diabetic - fingernails are ok regardless -
