    Looking to relocate to northern NH, I am concerned about pay and working conditions at Cottage hospital or LRMC (littleton). Anyone have knowledge on these hospitals? It would be much appreciated. BSN, RN 4 years experience with Stepdowns units, med/surg, and charge experience.

    I know both hospitals well. LRMC is a bit political, not so much on the middle management side but the upper management; stay out of gossip and its a great place to work. Cottage is a bit smaller, and I have heard mixed reactions from that hospital. I heard that it is getting better, and last RN I knew who worked there loved it. Both have their ups and downs. I see this post is a bit old, any luck?
