- Nov 11, '12 by kateri8Quote from SunshineDaisyYes..forgot to mention that tiny strip they gave me yesterday for my drug test. I have put that in my packet. I forgot to mention that on my post..very important!I mentioned the Pharm for Dummies at orientation. I can't remember the other one.
With the drug screen you will get a tiny piece of paper as your receipt, you need that! Tape or staple it to a regular sheet of paper and put it in your packet! - Nov 11, '12 by kateri8Quote from TylerDCVaccines are less expensive at the Vaccine Center. The health department charges a lot more. The vaccine center will do everything including the physical and titers if you want titers.Does anyone who's not insured know a good place to go for the physical and or vaccines/tb test? I was thinking the health department for vaccines, but will they do a physical?
