Well my decision was made FOR me

I talked to UNLV (yeah, the school I actually go to) and they told me that I can no longer apply to the BSN program there. Apparently they are rigid about the "take-classes-only-twice" rule. I took College Algebra 9 years ago and failed. Took it a subsequent term and got a "C". Rules are rules I guess but NINE YEARS AGO??? I didn't know I wanted to be a Nurse 9 years ago. I'm relegated to either NSC or CSN. As it stands now I am leaning significantly toward CSN. Their ADN program is awesome and I took a tour of the place and loved it. I am going to design a definite plan tonight. Nothing against UNLV but I'm glad they didn't let me in now....

Yeah nine years ago seems pretty extreme to not consider you. But glad you don't mind that they are no longer an option. This week I just have to take finals for second semester of the nursing program and then first year will be complete :D. I wish you luck and if you have any questions feel free to ask.

Thanks a bunch, Aussie!! I appreciate the offer of answering a question or two.

Yes, AussieAndy is very helpful!! She is indeed a walking CSN online library with the complete 411 on the RN program! (Just kidding) Congrats on being half-way already! Thanks Aussie, you've helped me several times with my questions in the past. I can't wait to start the program in January. I'm also a little nervous.
