by PlumFairy23 Aug 12, '09Hello,
I was told that I was inelgible for admission to the nursing major at UNLV because the rule is that you have to earn the correct grade within two attempts at either Math 120 or Math 124 (it was Math 120 for me..earned a C twice).
However, I have since earned an A in Math 124 on the first attempt. So does that mean I am now elgible for the nursing major? I know I could ask an advisor but I wanted to run this by you guys first.
Thanks!

Thanks! - Aug 21, '10 by moneyline702I talked to the Gestapo over at UNLV. I was in the same boat. Unfortunately that rule applies to MATH 120 AND 124. Meaning you can't have taken EITHER one more than twice. If you did you're scrood at UNLV. It sucks big time and I actually despise them for this...
