    I was hired as a per diem CNA at UMC and want to know how it is. I am "tentatively" assigned to med-surg float pool. Other than how the work schedule (load) is what chance do I have of becoming at least a part-time (regularly scheduled) or even a full-time CNA?

    I see you didn't get any bites on this post. (Sorry...can't help you either, being in MI and not even certified yet!) But I was wondering how your per diem job is going? Did you have CNA experience before getting that position? Also, have you been able to get a permanent position since you began?
