Transfer credits ???

I am doing a prerequisites for the nursing program at a community college here in CT. My family will be relocating to Las Vegas next year. I shoud be done by then with all of my classes and I already checked the CSN. My GPA is good, but I was just wondering how many of my prerequisites would I be able to transfer.. My collage has current and ongoing transfer agreements with nuber of other colleges, but they are all aroud here in the East cost. Does it mean i can't trenfer anything to CSN?
