    It depends on what hospital you work at. I work at Valley Hospital and I'm getting paid $28.08 plus night shift differential ($2.10).

    I started $26.67 on medsurg day shift.

    I posted my original response to the wrong thread, sorry! I have heard anywhere from 23 in hospice, home health, medsurg to 30 in specialty units.
