Looking to move to hospital job

I have been a RN for a little over a year here in Las Vegas. I am currently working in a doctors office, we do minor surgical procedures in office though. I am the only RN and am doing all of our QC and prepped the office for a big accredidation inspection recently on top of all the actual nursing care provided. I am hoping to start looking for a hospital job over Christmas. Any RNs working in the hospitals here have any input whether I have enough experience or not to get in? My big goal is to get into ER at some point but I understand I will need to probably start in med/surg first which is fine with me. Thanks for the input!
