No contract for Valley Hopspitals. They do have a retension bonus of $2200 over 2 years right nowfor new grads. $375 after 90 days, $800 for 1 year, and $1125 after 2 years. I'm not sure of Sunrise- I'm going there Tuesday. I'll let you know.

Don't worry, you'll get a job. I had two offers before I graduated. Most hospitals require a 2 year commitment for specialties. Alot don't require contracts for medsurg but that pays less than your specialties. I would recommend trying to figure out where you want to work and in what specialty and trying to get your preceptorship on that floor. Introduce yourself to the unit manager and really make it known you want to work there after graduation. That's what I did and I don't have NAP or CNA either. Good luck. You are almost done! You can do it!:yeah:

Thax a lot for encouragement. I am feeling much better after reading all the replies.
