Weekends in Vegas

Does anyone know if there are people who travel in to LV to do weekends... say, a string of 24 hours once a month or so? I live in another part of Nevada and if the money were right, I'd fly in and out from time to time. (Have NV license. Will travel.) I realize it would be expensive for the hospital to do this, but you hear such horror stories about how short of nurses they are. What about nurses with critical care or ER expertise?
