Waiting Time??

Hello to all!

I was wondering if you all could give me some information on the waiting lists at the college/universities that you are attending or planning to attend. I bet they are pretty long!. Another thing....I am going to be moving from Albuquerque to Las Vegas this summer. I don't know how the cirriculum differs to the one over there. I am currently doing pre-reqs at our local community college for my ADN. I have taken:

A & P I and II
Chemistry
Biology
Communication Skills
Psychology (the intro)
Nutrition
Math 100A

The only classes I have left to petition for this college is Microbiology and another psychology and I would petition in September. But due to personal problems I am having to move out there. I would really appreciate any info I could get from all of you. I really need it. Thanks so much for your time!!!

Jessica

There isn't really a wait list at UNLV right now. Once you've completed your pre reqs, you are eligible o start the program. They base entrance on when you were admitted to the school of nursing. At most, I've heard that people may have to wait a semester because there were enough people before them on the list. I've been told that they are hoping the small wait list they have now will be gone after the summer.

Thanks so much for replying. I was in Vegas this weekend but I did not go to UNLV. It is nice that they don't have a wait. I hope I to be accepted. I won't apply until the fall I think. I am so excited. Thanks so much.
