Starting over: From children to 911 to Nursing School

Okay here it goes, I am a 911 dispatcher trying to go back to nursing school after having 3 children. Crazy I know but it's my life long dream and I really do want to do it right this time. I wasn't great in science and since my classes are over 8 yrs old I am re-taking all my science classes. What school do I take classes at? TMCC or WNC? Is one school more difficult than the other? Right now I am leaning towards TMCC. Which science professors are good or bad? Who would you take another course from or who would you never take again? Since I've been out of the loop for a while any information would be great.
