Relocating to Vegas- Centennial Hills interview

Hey! I am relocating to vegas at the end of December. I am an RN with two years experience med/surg. I currently work for an HCA hospital in Florida and my first thoughts were one of the three HCA hospials there. However each nurse recruiter i spoke to said that i couldnt simply transfer, i would have to apply online like everyone else. Due to this I decided to spread my horizons and also apply at the valley health care system too. within a week i have gotten a phone interview with centennial hills.
I;m just curious-does anyone else work at this hospital? I saw several posts from a year and a half ago with people stating they were very back in time- ie paper charting. Are things changing? Is this still true? I can't decide if I should try and stick with HCA or go for something new so any info is helpful! thanks.
