Recently Relocated to Vegas

I recently relocated to Las Vegas from Ohio. I am a BSN graduate of Ohio, but took my board exam here in Nevada. I am beginning to get a little nervous about the lack of employment prospects. All of the NEW GRAD positions that I saw posted online before I came, are now gone. I am avidly seeking employment and am at a loss as to what to do. Should I wait until they post NEW GRAD positions again, apply for positions even though they require experience, or apply for other positions ie. Unit Coordinator, etc.. until something comes available. Any assistance that someone can give would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
