Question for anyone living in Vegas

Hi I'm new here
Just a question...........Do they not offer CNA courses here in Vegas? If they do I can't seem to find any.
So I'm figuring CNA's don't exist here in Vegas.
I want to be a nurse. However............I do not like my job and would like to work as a CNA while I study to become a nurse.
I have to work I have a one year old and my current job makes me miserable to the point where I'd rather be poor (literally) than to work there. I don't need that while studying to be a nurse. Any help would be appreciated.

The community college offers a course for cna's. Try callling CCSN and they can guide you in the right direction. Also, the State Board of Nursing will have a list of accredited programs. I believe you can also find it on their website.

hope that helps

I am taking a break from nursing school. I would like to know are there anyone out there working as a paramedical examiner? Is there good money in this field? Do I have to be licenced as a independent contractor to work as a paramedical examiner while working for insurance companies doing life exams? Please help me out with any suggestions. Thank you.
PS you can also email me at my email address which is everlenemc@yahoo.com

You can check the review journal online. There are usually CNA positions available.
