Nurse Apprentice questions :)

Hi, some of my friends works asNurse Apprentice at saint rose, UMC and Valley hospitals, and they make $16-$17/hr. I hope this help.

Being a NAP has been incredibly helpful in nursing school. It has helped build my confidence immensely. They are fairly competiitve positions when you consider how many nursing schools we have in the area, but I highly recommend trying to apply!

God definitely blessed me when i had a chance to be a NAP.

i actually have really bad anxiety and i got over a lot of my fears due to being a nap...

my heart would race just giving a shot and now, pt's complement that they cant feel a thing when i do it! lol

i worked at st. rose and i believe they paid me around $15 or maybe $15.50

it was so nice going to work once a week or maybe once every 2 weeks while juggling school...making money and learning at the same time!

i highly recommend NAP positions.....and in a way.....it helped me establish a relationship with st. rose and thats y i am for sure getting an RN job there

its sooo hard for new grads to get a job these days!
