Newbie in Las Vegas

Hello everyone!

I am new here in Las Vegas and pretty soon I will start working at a hospital as an RN as an advanced beginner (BSN, RN with 10months experience). I am in the Spring Valley area so there's not a lot of hospitals close to me.

I was wondering if you can give me some advice/pointers/tips as to which hospital's good to work for in terms of a.)patient workload, b.) salary & benefits, c.)other factors I may have missed.

Other than that, you can also enlighten me with stuff I need to know. I would really appreciate any feedback.

Thank you !
