I'm coming from california/bay area. I wanted to know if there was a difference in the pre req's. I started going to a community college in Cali but it's very hard doing so while working full time and having the kids. I'm not even sure what's the best school in LV.
Any advice would be great..

Im kind of in the same predicament as you. My wife graduated last semester from the nursing program in UNLV and loved the exp. she had. I believe UNLV is more recognized than the other schools in Las vegas. So if you do decide to attend UNLV, here is their chart of transferable credits they will accept from the list of schools in CA

Just pick your school, find your classes, and the rest says is all.
If you do have classes that wont transfer over, you can challenge that with a certain form. I dont know what form is it, but get with the nursing advisor and he/she will get you through it.
