Looking for job question about RN I, RN II, RN III

I just graduated, taking NCLEX this week and looking at possible jobs to apply for once I pass the boards. I noticed most jobs are marked RN I, RN II or RN III. What does that mean?

Usually pertains to level of experience. Look at the job description.
