Las vegas new gradu RN

I will be graduating on May of 2008. I am plaining to move to Las Vegas is there any one who can tell me which hospital have paper less charing in LV. Also which hospital is good to work for RN patien / nurses ratio Med-surig, telemetry floor. pleas

sunrise is paperless. I think most of st rose system is too or moving toward it. As for ratios, St. Rose is usually 4/5 to 1. Sunrise is higher, with more severe pts. Going rate is 24 at days at sunrise and 25/26 at st. rose. I'd recommend contacting the hospital nursing recruiters directly for more info.

st rose and mt view does paperless charting...

both were 6 pts to 1 nurse...

it was kinda nice at mt. view coz they have "pods" and u have a personal laptop to take to each pts room instead of going back n forth...and they have the "scanning" system when it comes to medications to prevent errors...

if it wasnt for st rose...i'd work for mt view

most of the staff were very friendly
