If you're an experienced OR nurse, I'm sure you'd have no problem finding a job at Renown or Saint Mary's in Reno.

I have a friend that works at the VA in their ICU and the acuity of patients isn't that high and I remember when I worked at Renown, a lot of vets would be transferred there certain specialties, but I think they have an OR there too.
