hospitals in vegas accepting sponsorship

i am a foriegn graduate and recently passed the nclex RN. I am already here in california but i still have no idea what hospital in las vegas offer sponsorship for foriegn grads like me. Any fellow RNs here in Nevada (noypi) that might know any opening in there hospital who sponsor would be highly appreciated. thank you
