Help with surgery centers in Vegas

Hi all,
I am an O.R. nurse and have worked in a large O.R. in San Diego for the past 1.5 years.
I am hoping to relocate to Las Vegas in the next few months and would like to find a job in a surgery center, I would consider most specialities but would really like to work in a cosmetic surgery center. Just wondering if any members know of any good places to work ??
