i am curious why there is a shortage of nurses in nevada and are there any jobs for r.n.'s availiable in the operating room? what is the general ratio since i am presuming that a nurse can have one pt. at a time? also what do new grads start out at and about the cost of living!! any feedback would be appreciated!!!!
