Thank you both for an insight I was too close to see. Though I really don't think being a CNA is for me; the job I'm currently in is very different than being one and getting a good wage at a hotel/casino these days to survive is pretty much needed.
A long time ago I didn't ever want to be a clerk typist; I wanted to be out with everyone else. Now I have fallen back on being a typist (data entry) and am glad I stuck with it. Maybe it is one of those kind of things.
Being a CNA here in Pahrump doesn't pay much either (about the same anywhere) but with luck and this website to talk to others about it maybe I can do it. I did enjoy working in the hospital for my clinicals and the patients seemed to like me too. The schooling was very easy and the other people taking the class made me try a little bit harder than I normally would.
